Blankimind, Obviously, the Yahoo post was a hoax, however, the 300,000 share purchase @ 34 7/8 after the close was not. Nor was the 50Ker, etc. I'm not quite ready to dismiss the notion that there will not be an announcement from ASND this weekend or very soon. $45 is too damn cheap though considering an all cash deal. I'd prefer cash and stock in the aquiring co. w a $50 minimum valuation at the time of announcement. (I sound like Ed McMahon........would you like that $10 million in a certified check , or would you prefer a CD?) Larry P.S. To any "spelling bees", Is aquiring spelled correctly? Spell checker says it's wrong and its not in my dictionary.
