All: It should be apparent that UTS, SOLV and COAK have still not laid all of their cards on the table. The news is hopefully only a step in the right direction. I speak with Cam Deacon of UTS regularly and although he NEVER shares any information that isn't already public he maintains that everything is going very well and that HE and HIS engineers are confident in Solv-Ex' technology. All-in-all I'm comfortable that the players and their attorneys involved in this business deal are working hard to lay the "NEWCO" on a solid foundation. David
