Perhaps you've forgotten what it was like before we had the legislation I just mentioned.
No one wants to reverse the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960's.

Ask yourself, though, whether race relations have improved since the 1990's. That's 30 years ago, which is the span of an entire generation.

I think you know the answer to this question.
