Elizabeth, Yes. I've always wondered why we Californians all but have to mortgage the house to fill our gas tanks, especially in the more affluent and/or populated regions. But California does give us great and comprehensive cradle-to-grave government with it's all-encompassing State agencies which have been created to watch over us. For instance, did you know we have The California State Department of Fabric Care? Well we did when I last did a search on California State agencies. And, let me tell you, I took great comfort in learning that such an agency exists. Holly Holly
