The locks were untouched and if they already had the stuff out why give us a pass. The suitcases were never out of our hands from when we got each pass until we opened them. Hmmmm. Could it be that they'd made the switch already and gave you the pass because they were afraid there might be some residue that'd set off the sniffer dogs? Anyone else have ideas? As for the locks, well, suitcase locks are, I suspect, very easy to pick.
