As I said the devil is in the details, at least that has been my experience especially when you are dealing with penny stocks. The trademark for clothing is obviously registered by Asics, and the Asics web site does not show any links to the NextLevel in Pa., I would think this could be resolved easily with a phone call or two.

I understand the point made by you and Topcat, regarding a non profit foundation, as Topcat said it would seem premature to be envisioning foundations this soon, but as you point out it could be part of a marketing plan to expose their clothing.

You've mentioned that Richard Holcombe is well regarded in the apparel industry and that you have access to a data base of information for the industry. Have there been any recent mentions of him and what his current status is ? It would be of interest to know when NextLevel was formed.
