Kirk, here's an LRCX Wave Count Update.

tradingview.com

Key points:

After Minor Wave 2 ended in Dec. I was able to project a preliminary price target for Wave 3 at 725.

That Wave 3 would unfold in a five structure that I'd label as Waves (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v). Once Wave (i) and (ii) were complete I projected a preliminary target for Wave (iii) at 703. That Wave (iii) would unfold in a five wave structure that I would label as Wave i, ii, iii, iv and v. Again I would you their price points to project a target..and so on and so on.

The point is that I use this method to confirm larger target prices and adjust them accordingly.

In this case the preliminary target for Minor Wave 3 will get exceeded and I'll project a revised target.

Also I use technical patterns to support my wave counts note breakout from a continuation H&S bottom. It projects a target of 703.

This process is how an experienced e-waver should use EW and its rules, Fibonacci ratios and price extension. You heard the expression about "the devil is in the details".

Hope this made sense.
