Just curious. I'm in BAAT. I also see the potential, inspite of the near term troubles. I just have a question about this "Dan". I saw the web site. Any suppositions on his "motivation" for the bashing? What would be in it for him? Who would be behind Dan? Just some opinions on how devious the motivations could be.

Ah, now we are getting some where. Why must I drag information out of you? Perhaps the most important tidbit from your call to BAT was that Ole Joe was selling. Saving the best for last are we?

Now the question is, was he selling before or after he got the 14 page memo from the SEC?

Any savvy investor knows, that word of an investigation by the SEC will bring price down. That was why Joe was so mad when word of the SEC got out.

Up until the truth about the SEC investigation was widespread, Ole Joe was saying he'd file within 2-3 weeks. What he wasn't saying was that Wed. was the deadline. Now I ask you, was Joe providing complete information or is he Bill Clinton's understudy?

The fact ole Joe held the SEC deadline back from the public may be OK, in which case it was insider information. I'll let the SEC determine if Joe traded on insider information, that's their job.

No folks, I don't mind if I stand alone on this one, but people who come here looking for commentary now have something to think about. And I might add, its those who share my mind set (i.e., SEC investigations are to be taken seriously) that have helped drive price down. Not to be mean, mind you, but because they know how the game is played.

I'll give Joe credit for one thing, he has balls. Standing there in the downdraft of the SEC news, squarely facing the wind trying to hold the flag up, crying Joint venture on the way. Joe drives in for two. What a guy!

Now I know what ole Sarg and many of you want to hear, so I'll say it, "Go BAAT!" and I'm thankful Joe is your bedfellow.

Don - I just like being right and I like helping neophytes like you save their skins. No need for thanks, do it all the time. You can pay the next guy if you don't consider my posts.
