I use volume but I hide vol as it often overlays my wave count labels.

Yes, I believe if you read what I wrote today, I mentioned volume is part of the pattern. Breaking the neckline with volume is more important for the iH&S if I recall.

To keep them clean, I will turn it off my charts unless I'm looking for specific confirmation.

For example, this shows volume spikes well for the iH&S Killroy pattern we've spoken about today.
