Congratulation on SIMO. I got cute and missed it by that much. My initial bid was at 55….lowered to 53 then got really cheap 50 only if I kept it at 53 Instead of lowering my bid as stock went down. My thinking was upside was around 40 points if deal went thru….down side at maximum was around 10-15 Asymmetry. I thought risk reward was actually pretty good as stock got closer to 52 week low few days ago.
