Hello! KZAP, I'm not mad at you! For many years I sold to buyers in various industries, and over time have become more tollerant and understanding of others that approach opportunities in a different way then myself!-----Many times I found that I shared compatable points of view with various buyers/decision makers, but it seemed that there was always some preliminary procedure/dance that one would have to go through before his or her opinions were accepted on a serious and perceived equal basis!------Some people that I met for the first time, that were throwing "sharp pencils"at me as I came in the door, in some cases ended up being very dear friends and business associates! ----Over the past few years I have seen the lives of close friends and business associates go "POOF!!!" because they basically just exploded from the stress and pressure of living in the fast and competitive lane of the business world! ( Quite simply! Some of the one's that went "POOF"-lived ( and yes!) died by the scenario, that you either win or lose-----and there is nothing in between! I agree with part of your comments! There is a time to get paid a financial fee for a task!!!------I feel that there is also a time to have some fun, meet new and interesting people ( that may have some of the same common interests)---and learn a great deal about human nature!---And most importantly what I have found, is learned more about myself! This thread has some very solid special individuals, and everyone one of them , in the way they choose, make very regular and meaningful contributions! Participants from this thread, have provided suggestions, support to CVIA ( second to none, in my opinion!) and have remained in the forefront of this "SHELL" since it's breath of new life! Currently it may very well be that other than some on this thread and maybe a handful elsewhere, at this time , may be the only one's that may hold out a serious hope that CVIA can survive long enough to achieve merger/acqusition status??? In my opinion, that's the challenge that this handful of courageous individuals are persuing! KZAP!!!! Your stated comments about looking to find a "clean shell" in my opinion are very valid!----Recent personal experiences, have given me a bettor appreciation and understanding, as to just how valuable a "Shell Company" can be!!!---------They are easy to say!! But! My guess are very difficult to acquire, without investing a considerable amount of cash outlay, as well as bringing significant experience and resources to the "SHELL COMPANY!" Even though as you recently noted that the share trading price on CVIA has been declining----I continue to be personally encouraged that the value of the "CVIA SHELL COMPANY" continues to increase, if only for the many private companies looking for a quick avenue, to get a publically trading company to bring the private enterprise into public view! I acknowledge that at present if one evaluates the potential of CVIA by it's current share trading price ( under two cents!)---then many will be skeptical, and most ( at this point in time) will just walk away! It's not for everyone! I know it's for me!--I like the way it feels! That's it! For under two cents! There is not really much more that I can say about it! We are in constant communication with CVIA Management----I am trying to be realistic!!! I don't think it matter's how effective one's communication skills have developed!! Jack Arnold will not share all the pertinent details, because he very well understands ( as most of us this thread) that he is privy to insider information, that if he divulged to a select few, he would be breaching a major trust to all the Shareholders of CVIA! When the details are completed and confirmed and when Jack feels that the time is right!!! he will simultaneously announce to all followers the status of recent CVIA efforts or otherwise!!! ( I would expect Jack to do it no other way!----He is a class act!!). My guess is that this "SHELL " is spoken for! ( But! That's just my own opinion!) Those of us that feel that CVIA continues to have the potential to be a diamond in the rough???--------Will most likely continue to wait patiently but possibly grudgingly as time moves forward! Question for you KZAP!!! How much are you willing to spend for a clean shell company!!---And what do you mean by clean??? ( It's a serious question!!!) Best regards, Wayne J.
