Flickerful, I do appreciate your posting that information about the early days of stereo and have saved it to the depths of my depraved hard drive as E:/stuff/stereo.txt. Feel free to give me a quiz next week, for I have learned. Truly, I have. And I am a better person for it. Seriously, I remember preferring to buy mono recordings back in those days because the quality of stereo recordings was so highly variable, and if stereo records were played on a mono system the record could be damaged. Holly
