Beacon-Eye is a company listed on the Toronto Exchange. It has no money and has been in negotiations to be acquired by a number of LVC companies. See the following web site to view more about it: quote.yahoo.com Once you get there click on NEWS and it will give you more news on BEACON for most of 1997 thru 1998. Plus go to Edgar On-Line to view the filings it has submitted. Also, Im on a trial basis with Investor-tools but there are so many others that I believe I've only used it once or twice. Thanks.
