Zeev,

I do not know much about Philippine markets. I have been to Philippines several times on business and consider people in general more honest than other parts of Asia. On investment in Philippines, I listen to a Philippine friend here very active in US stock market. I bot FPF at 6 1/2 trading at a discount a few weeks ago and sold it recently at 7 7/8. My expert's opinion is that Philippine market has moved up very quickly and not much of a bargain at current levels. I think on the next down turn in SEA I will buy again FPF. For long term a better buy may be PHI below 18. PHI gets a lot of it's earnings in dollars and expenses are in local currency. It's also a very well managed company.

Best wishes

Jyoti
