Doren, it may not be the smartest decision, but he was well within his rights to bring a firearm to a riot and help defend his community.

Besides, people who argue against the stupidity of Rittenhouse being there with a long gun seem to have NO qualms about criminals and violent insurrectionists being there on that night.

If anything, it's their fault that they attacked a kid armed with a long rifle ... and lost.

And they don't even have a valid argument about the fear of safety to themselves and those they care about. All they wanted to do was to teach the arrogant kid a lesson.

Too bad for them, said kid pulled out the Uno Reverse card (as the millennials like to say these days) and taught THEM a lesson.

Then the kid also taught the rest of the nation a lesson in armed self defense. Exercise your 2nd amendment rights at your own legal risk. You are responsible for every bullet that comes out of the barrel.
