Duke, that's simply not true. If you had bought INTC a year ago, you would have paid between $72-75. I personally bought some shares on 3/7/97 at $73.375. That gives me a one year return on those shares of about 14%.

That's not bad, but it sucks compared to the 36.6% I made in one of my mutual funds and the 29.7% return on all my individual stocks I own combined.
