Doren, What EXACTLY went wrong in Maui? I don't know, Doren. Seems like Maui never really experienced wildfires on such an island-wide scale before, so they were ill prepared. Also it's been a long time since I visited Maui, and I don't know whether naturally-occurring wildfires are part of their ecosystem like they are here in California. Like I said before, eight billion industrialized humans on this planet are going to have a significant impact on the climate. We can adapt, and we can work on alternative "renewable" forms of energy, but we can't pretend that we're going to stop the climate from changing no matter what Saint Greta tells us. Tenchusatsu
