I assume that I get the documentation, but I guess that I won't know until it gets here. I will be curious if there are drivers for my equipment, like my All-In-Wonder Video card, Logitech Trackball, MIDI Keyboard, and if it has bus mastering for my dual ported EIDE channels, or support for my SyJet removable hard disk, 1200x1600 screen, or will I have to settle for something less?

I'll see now, and let you know!

Ken

Well Justin, considering the timeliness of this article, I would swear that Jessie reads this thread:
zdnet.com

Anyway, if you really are reading this, Jessie.... Why are all the headlines so sensational and provocative? But then when I go in and read the story, there is very little substance (and the big "question" that the title asks is NEVER answered (or even close)). I read the article, hoping to find the "answer," but am always left hanging and feeling cheated. The Linux article is but one example.

Off topic...

I just got a boxed set of RedHat Linux. The problem is that they screwed up and did not include the boot floppy. The only other way that they mention of installing is to do so by booting to DOS first (not to Windows or Win95, as it will not work). The problem is I don't have DOS. Does anyone know how else I can get it installed?
