My proposal keeps the Senate balanced. A Cognitive test for all candidates prior to elections would empty the Halls of Congress. and disqualify the majority of voters who keep electing the same fools. I think it also disqualifies the two who will probably head the tickets for president in 2024.

Have you considered going to Burning Man? I gave it some thought when I was in my 40s and dating two gals in their 20s... but it doesn't seem like the place for sober people... and I hate the dust and heat. . Still it is fun to watch and wonder if these mostly radical liberals worry about their carbon footprint to attend BM. Note a lot of fast moving electric vehicles on the playa today... I wonder if they charge them with gasoline powered generators, further adding to the carbon and noise pollution. Ah... to be young and high/lit/loaded/drunk again where hypocrisy doesn't matter as long as you can get mostly naked and dance!
