Why do you think the reverse stock split will hurt QRTEA?

I understand many reverse splits are last gasps.

BUT

I would guess given the common QRTEA is challenging the 67 CENT low

Price implies a lot of belief in BK.
I agree with you the BK concerns are way overblown.
IMO
Worst case is QRTEA muddles through staying alive without life support.

I suggest keep buying the debt.
Save the BuyBack Firepower for after the 3rd and 4th Q report.

By January it should be obvious QRTEA FCF is much improved...

EVEN

If Sales are Meh..

Instead of a $57 Million BuyBack...
Announce a $150,000,000-$500,000,000 BuyBack on the reduced share count.
It does not have to be a 1 year BuyBack term.
It could be 3-5 year.
There are lots of ways to skin this cat.
