those who make a lot more money pay for Medicare so why should their rates be so high

It is treated more as a social insurance than an entitlement program (even though many people call it by that name). Insurance isn't always a bad thing, even if you don't get all your premiums back.

HI Kirk,

Testing for means will be the end of SS.

I'd like to see a means physical means test for the fraud that exists in Medicaid. Some ethnicities view that as a raise in becoming life long participants in Social Security. There are Doctors out there that have reputations for righting disability certifications.

Cut out the fraud , before you cut out people who worked their entire lives and never drew a penny of our many safety nets out there.

Give a person a helping hand with term limits for them to get back on their feet.

Not a lifelong free ride because you like living as a minimalist.
