Kim, A couple of questions if you get a minute.

Do you know how long the 204 hole drill program would take to complete?

Is the equipment for this program also on order like the recovery equipment?

Would that constitute an "inferred" reserve drill program within the grid area of that program or "probable"?

How deep is this 200+ drill program supposed to go?

When is it scheduled to commence?

OK, I'm taking a breath now. If you get a chance, thanks for your input on this.

Regards,

Tom F.

From the last posting with regards to the Johnson/Lett process and Noxos' procurement of the proprietary process:

Naxos, I believe, delayed it four weeks. (or whatever length of time that it was) I marked the date at the time of this announcement in my computer for the deadline for us to pony up. The deadline date is this Saturday Feb.21.

Seems strange that the final date would be placed on a Saturday!

Kim, thanks for the response. I'm still confused and concerned in regards to the J/L "process" and the large amount of funds involved. From your response, I am assuming the next payment is based on the "assaying technology" and not whether the technology can be applied to an economic recovery process as would be established by the 5 TPD pilot plant?
According to the Feb. 2/98 release, CMRI are conducting "due diligence" on the J/L process. Will this be the determining factor in the next payment to J/L?
Thanks for your patience, Kim.
