Richard / Insider Buying and Selling

You're comments and observations are quite valid. Insider selling usually carries far less weight than insider buying. Insiders will usually buy when they believe the company is under valued, however, if they are selling when the stock is depressed, this may be cause for concern. And you are right, lucrative stock option plans will cause insider sales.

It maybe of interest, that of all the insider buying on the TSE, the majority by far was in the oil and gas sector. I'm having a hard time seeing oil doing anything in the near term though.

Thanks for the thanks

Take care,
Al
