People take the jobs they want or are capable of doing, that's how the free market works... If someone isn't happy at their job then no one is stopping them from leaving... Going on strike is nothing more than throwing a child's tantrum, it turns me off... I would fire all of them, then they can have something legitimate to bitch about... I remember when all the air traffic controllers went on strike some years ago, Reagan simply fired all of them... GZ
