That was my initial view of the technology before I realized that it was virtually worthless given the myriad other products and solutions available for these purposes. I think it's now safe to say the products are unwanted and at best redundant in light of recent developments. Robot stays online all day and all night following myself, VALUESPEC and other detractors around. He sends private messages and generally attempts to organize resistance up to and including suggesting that people pester SI with complaints. They're aware of this and his efforts are both tragic and futile. It's sad that the Robot's only hope for RACE, at least in its own mind, appears to the quelling of dissent to allow the endless stream of hollow promises and hyperbole to flow unfettered. How boring; how tragic; how sad.
