>>Hello Mr. Bigtoe<< Could be Ms?

Solv attorneys Hinkle Cox thrown off by Judge McFeeley for conflict. Given the amount of offices and top tier reputation that they have in the oil patch it is hard not to conflict (should be properly disclosed). It is my understanding that the conflict originated from a Texas office that had previously done work for Koch on an unrelated matter. Judge McFeeley felt this was not properly disclosed though it had no direct bearing on case. Sounds like wrath of Khan. Wonder if he will approve their payment of fees.

As Solv currently has no attorney for bankruptcy court I don't think the 2/19 hearing for Kalimar's debentures can take place.

I also heard that Alberta has issued 15 year renewal on lease. Can anyone confirm and find out if any specific reference to Solv technology?
