Thanks. As II-VI, Coherent was extremely successful integrating Finisar ahead of schedule at a nice profit that pushed the stock over $100. They have the talent to do it again with Coherent digestion but there could be some poison pills (bad apples) in the culture that torpedoes attempts, so the battle can be more expensive than thought... I'm guessing they can fix it as the overall industry downturn and higher interest rates don't help but gives us opportunity to buy back shares sold as it went parabolic in price. Wolf... I didn't follow and only knew of it when Coherent/II-VI entered the SiC business and they were a competitor some talking heads preferred.
