NightWriter The thing that bothers me about the consortium of venture capitalists which allied to form WNP is that it is anti-competitive. I do not know of course how WNP came about, but one could imagine a scenario where WebCel, US Wavelink, CVUS, etc... were calling these guys, until they figured that a) they could eliminate the middlemen, b) instead of bidding against each other, they would get licences at a lower price by forming a group. The FCC is run by smart people-- it is hard to believe they could fail to foresee that the rules they selected would have such an outcome. Best regards, Bernard Levy
