They changed the site to make it load faster. I think that cut n paste used too many resources.

For years, I used the "Snipping Tool" in Windows to crop a screen shot, save to my HD than upload by clicking the image of a PC screen to the left of "Raw Text" in the composer window.

Now MSFT encourages the newer "Snip & Sketch" tool for Windows. My laptop has a dedicated button that brings the tool up (most of the time... sometimes I have to reboot or use the older tool.)

BTW, I recommend putting a shortcut to these two tools (aps in Windows) on your task bar, desktop or both.

"Snipping Tool" and "Snip & Sketch" tool for Windows that you can find by searching for those words.

It is AMAZING what knowing how to use these tools to get images into emails, posts, etc. increases productivity.
