Interesting calculations. $0.005 per KWHr by 2030???

Most of the charges from power companies will be for infrastructure to deliver power. With all the "rich folks" who make over $40K a year in CA subsidizing all the others electricity getting off the grid with solar and batteries, our utility companies want a fixed charge of $6 for low income to maybe $92 a month for those making > $80K or so to be connected to the grid. It is a big battle now as the utility companies need to harden the grid for climate change (or loads more fires and strong wind & rain storms) but they get their money to do it from the extra fees on delivered power. Take less power and you contribute less... sort of like all the millionaires leaving the state leaves nobody to pay most of the taxes they currently pay with their 13.3% rate.
