First, I would like to thank Gary for starting this thread. It is a fresh approach to investing, and we need that. I am getting the impression here that people think that a bankruptcy in the recent past is a good thing for a shell. I would tend to agree. A bankruptcy done right will have a way of wiping clean those nasty debts and lawsuits that can render a shell "a bad shell." I suppose another important factor is who is controlling the shell, and what are their plans? This is a very exciting thread. I knew a man who made 250 times his investment buying into a clean shell that later became Mego Financial Corp. I'm sure others have lost their shirts. Let's have some fun here & make money!
