it somehow elevates some, i feel sure, to remain throroughly convinced of their own self-importance by naming and claiming an enemies list, seen or unseen, don't you think? i mean what could be more life aggrandizing than someone else's conviction that you are enough of a threat so that they assume a role in orbit around you... seems far more self-serving than admitting you are simply not terribly newsworthy...( any publicity is good publicity ) the conspiracy theory may validate the need to feel one is larger than life...it's a thought, anyway.
