Are you questioning my assessment of the folks who post here? Most of which have impressive credentials if their profiles are to be believed - and if the intelect evidenced in their posts is any indication. As for experience... I have to hope that to the extent that I have some that will carry me through. It is interesting about the chewing thing, seems everytime the well meaning among us cry out against some food or activity, later there is someone ready to follow up with just the opposite claim. Don't drink coffee, drink coffee, eat eggs, don't eat eggs.... Hey, Did you hear that now they want us to eat fat! No problem there, pass the french fries and I'l have my steak medium rare...thank you. jim ...almost done with my meal...nuts despite my best attempts I tend to wolf down my food. guess I am covered on both views.
