To all:

I do not believe in hype and, as a matter of principle, I take the postings here and elsewhere or even a company's press releases with a pinch of salt. Many companies have been found to have made misleading press releases and announcements to jack of the prices of their stocks and defraud investors. Every mature investor should be careful in reading a lot from press releases, let alone posts here. It is just my opinion, not an investment advice.

I'm glad I wasn't part of the secondary, too. Though, for those of us buying after the "fall", its actually a help. The company has the money(raised at a much higher price) and its what makes this so attractive. I'm also concerned about the R&D. Its a little hard to figure out how they had "unanticipated" expenses. I have to assume they this means they were using outside developers, under contract, for some or all the work and that the hours put in were higher than anticipated. If all the development were being done inside I don't see how the expense line would be any bigger. The project could have been delayed, but, expenses for salaries would have been the same. I'm still kind of mystified.... If anyone knows whether or not they are using outside developers for this it would assist alot. If they're not, then this sounds like smoke, to me...
