Entirely correct. Companies don't fall 75% in less than 12mo,then rally 250% seven months later. Especially not mega-caps. It's not normal. Meta was a value stock - there's no doubt in my mind. If I recall correctly, I think I bought around 10x earnings - I thought it was a steal and it'd be a tough slog. Instead, well, the stock soared...

Share prices shouldn't behave like that. You can call it inefficient, I call it broken. Mr Market doesn't chop and change his mind like that. Wouldn't surprise me if it were manipulated somehow.

All of Buffett's plays took time to resolve. Value investing is meant to be a challenging game played by patient, more intelligent minds in the market whilst the pigs on Wall St and the apes of retail try to make a quick buck. At least, that's my take on it.
