Yeah The Z. and The R. of yore would probably be sitting this
situation out right now, waiting for the elusive $1/256th! <GG>

I'm feeling drug through a knot-hole and am going to nap 'til
dinner time, (one of the few perks of being 55!)

The whole www-everything is giving me about 50-100 BYTES/sec.
on my byte-o-meter right now, so I'm taking some shut-eye.

Hard to figure the additional shares. None of the debentures have to be converted or the APS either. Additional could be zero, as you figure or whatever.

It is good that Chip answered your E Mail but it really doesn't tell us much. I will just wait and see how this plays out. Hopefully, they can be profitable and pull out of this mess.

A reverse split would be helpful only if they are profitable.
