6, building a justification in your mind for manging down meat is IMHO, dangerous. I believe that our systems our not designed for a perpetual repast of animal. The number of cardio and cancer victims in our society lay testament to that fact.

I spent my teen years in Indiana. The meat was very, very good. And even my mother didn't dare overcook it. Taht's one thing I'll say for Italy, too: your steak'll be dripping blood. As it should do.
