My 2 cents.. After my hands and wrists started to get arthritic about a year ago, I got serious about anti inflammatory supplements. Vitamins C and D and most importantly, lots of Turmeric Curcumin (with black pepperine for enhanced absorption) and a daily 325 mg aspirin did the trick.

I ran out of Turmeric last week and the joint pain came back with a vengeance. 4 or 5 (with movement) on a 1 to 10 pain scale. After getting back to my prior dosage, the pain has receded again down to barely noticeable. Lower back pain has eased as well and luckily my knees have never given me a problem.

I take a lot of other OTC supplements but I'm pretty sure that the Turmeric has been the key to reducing joint inflammation and pain..
