Up 28% today. It's back almost exactly to the point where I sold QRTEP. I may consider a reentry. Even QRTEA may become a consideration. QRTEP . QRTEA

$1,029 in working capital and $660 in net working capital and yet a market cap of $361M. Fair value of their debt is down so they can buy it at a discount and gain on early extinguishment. Long-term debt went from $5,525 to $4,835 (-12.4%). Customer declines look to be stabilizing too which is a good thing to see. Not the look of a company going bankrupt :) -Sean

Hello Sun Tau, Thanks for posting that. I'd seen the early PR but have not had a chance to dig in to the CC replay or Transcript. This was an Important Q for Qurate. Looks like they came through. The next Q is also Important. It is the MUNEE maker for the year. The action today put my Position back in the Black. I will still add through end of 2023. Adding more QRTEP in 2024 will be evaluated after the next Q report. I still plan to hold through march 2031 when the preferred is mandated to be bought back at $100/sh. Nice work on the Toyota play.
