Yousef, what subject is of interest? perhaps a discussion can insue.
for example I have loads in infor on why the Cpq/dec deal is a good deal. Cpq is one of my largest holding been buying and recommending since 26+. You gave me the impression that Dec alpha was blocking you form partaking in Cpq. If your ready for an open discussion I'm prepared.

Since the thread is dead, I will add my two cents (sense). AMD seems to be in a very precarious position. Using transaction independant analyst's estimates for sales, depreciation, etc. for three years and discounting cash flows back to present value, AMD is currently worth $8.17. Under an optimistic scenario, its intrinsic share price is still only worth $12.50, that is 34.60% below yesterday's closing price. AMD, in my opinion is quite overvalued on a risk adjusted basis. If anyone is interested in the numbers backing up this opinion, I have posted a summary of them at rcmfinancial.com
