I did at first too, but I think it's this: The dogs at the table have already eaten the raw hamburgers the chef was going to cook. Notice the empty platter and the dogs with full cheeks.

I wrote a reply then saw Zen wrote same. Yes... dogs love uncooked meat and they all obviously ate the raw burgers immediately. I had to give dog lovers equal time with cat lovers!
