For a long term investor with a 5yr - 10yr window, XBI is one of the best things to dollar cost average into. The advances in genomics and AI are going to transform this sector in amazing ways. In the short term many of these companies are experiencing big pressure and the market is very pessimistic about them. There are quite a few in this sector that are trading near cash! Personally, if XBI hits 50, I will start fighting the tape on it and will double my investment size for every 10% move from my cost base regardless of which way it moves. Let's save this and come back to it in 3 years.
