I skimmed your article. a couple of the problem that I see are that post covid it has become much easier and desirable for people to age in their homes as to moving to senior housing where they have less control. So I would expect vacancies to increase. In my subdivision I would estimate that at least 10% of the population are in their 90s. both of my adjacent neighbor and the the one who lives directly across from me are in their 90s. two of them still drive. My friends dad who lives in florida continues to live in his home, has meals delivered and gets part time daily care. I suspect that because of this there will continue to be profit pressures on the industry.
