When there ceases to be law, someone has to step in. Blue counties are no longer protecting citizens so citizens have to protect themselves. In your example, the 3 convicted fit the profile I was talking about. Like I said, a minority committing the majority of violent crime and as you pointed out, often in the most cruel non-emotional, no remorse fashion. There's just a lack of brain development in that area of the cortex.
