Historically the FED does not cut rates until something breaks in the economy. This ironically happens at market highs. I was puzzled by this. But it's this soft landing, don't worry the economy is just fine talk is what causes this. Everything is fine until it isn't when something breaks. My break level is at 450 SPY that's where this crab and the shark come together. Right at that 1.13 fib. Probably gonna be another year. As everything is going to be just fine through the elections. <G>

I just realized that ROKU has doubled in less than 4 weeks. Damn I took profits too early!! I should have bought more when it jumpped.

There's an old saying, bad traders become investors. It is also a fact that people project their own ways onto others. As I said, the first 4 have been with me for a while. Here's the purchase dates for the next 4. Those who are curious can do the math and see how it matches. BTW, I'm getting rid of NTLA and some others (not on this list) tomorrow. It's not as if I can't buy it back if the chart corrects itself. As I said, it seems that there is a rotation out of mag7 and that some of the recent great gains are about to be lost. EDIT bought on Oct-3, 49% gain . BEAM bought on Oct-19, 57% gain . NTLA bought on Oct-25, 23% gain . IFNNY bought on Oct-20, 24% gain Not bad for a 5 - 8 weeks holding. But I missed on my best 3 candidates that I was very close to buying: ROKU, BDRY, and KOLD. They've had run ups of 80+% during this short period...sigh! I have to remind myself that there is always another opportunity.
