My understanding of this is that there was a breadth thrust among stocks making up the financial sector. A show of strength. Since the financials are important - to the point that they tend to lead the market - this makes it unlikely that the broad market is near an important top. The resolution on that chart is not great. I’m not sure I can gather much more from it.
