Seems straightforward enough. Get an email for scheduled scans at the end of each market day. That'll be a start anyway. Current value is 64 and 64/93 is .68817, close enough to his figure.

I don't know if the data for BPSOX can be accessed by someone who does not have a Stockcharts membership but if it can then here is how you do it:

For your scan parameters select PnF Buy Signal from the P&F Patterns drop down list and select ADD. Then under INDEX & ETF select PHLX Semiconductor Index and select ADD. Right now BPSOX is extremely overbought with all 30 stocks having a PnF Buy Signal. Perhaps that is why the SOX is struggling today.

Semiconductors lead the market both up and down.
