Small float, remember if someone sells at the end of the day, it looks like a 25% loss and if someone buys at the end of the day, it looks like a 25% gain given that the bid and ask are 50 and 75 cents. This is really silly, Yahoo does this too. It can be alarming. We need to see if the last buy was a buy or a sell.

If you want to make this stock look good, then buy 100 shares at the end of each day and it will always be up.
