Andrew,

They also didn't mention anything in the lead thread about the intent to acquire Myriad or the other unnamed NY company. Nor did they mention the intent to secure a $25MM line of credit.

C'mon pal -- things change. And where do you get off tearing into the credibility of another's words. Seems to me a short time ago you were bidding everyone goodbye and good luck because this stock wasn't for you. Yet you returned and are still here today. Using your own test of truthfulness, why should anyone believe anything YOU say?

Regards,

Scott

Andrew, with all due respect, yes! LE has pointed out inconsistencies that must be resolved in order for the company to regain any credibility. Hopefully, those matters will be resolved as we get more information. Until we get the complete numbers, everything from me, you, LE, is just speculation that could easily be resolved.

Are you saying that opportunities or situations may not arise where a company takes a course of action that it had previously said it had no intention of taking?

Noone on this thread has a reason or just cause in a legal context to take any action against LE. Firamada, IMO, DOES have just legal cause for defamation and libel and along with that PRECEDENCE on SI for taking such action. In one post recently, he says "I never called Firamada a scam", that was 2 days ago. Then today he calls it a "Pyramid scheme". "Facts" or "misstatements" are mixed and matched, then assumed to be true to support an argument. Who's got their head in the sand? I will be the first to admit if there are misdeeds with the company that can be proven in a court of law, or acts that are blatant. Until then, I am willing to suspend judgement until the facts are in.

Jin.
My sugar level is high.

Andrew,

Excuse me! I AM taking Little Engine's posts seriously...to a point. Its the MANNER and NUMBER of postings that bother me coming from Little Engine. And somebody that ACCUSES people and the company of "pyramid scheme" without sufficient reason is a big concern to me for he is messing with my investment.

Andrew, you seem to have woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Correct me if I am wrong, but didnt you say on this thread awhile back you were no longer posting here?

Have some candy
