I admit the use of the term "pyramid scheme" is unfortunate. I do not condone that sort of commentary. Yes, I did say at one point I was not longer posting here, but everyone got so excited about it, that I realized you guys needed some rational critical thought here.

When a thread is so frightened of rational criticism and so desparately needs to silence every critical voice, something is very wrong. So I decided to stick around and remind you all of the dangers and inconsistencies and dilution that are so prevalent with this company.

36MM shares for an OTCBB company is getting up there. Any future dilution will be extremely problematic. The CEO just said in a recent conference call that he expects to borrow 12MM in the next year. That's another 48MM shares at current prices. With the 36MM already out, that's 82MM. First Ira was saying "no intention of issuing any more shares." Just 3 months ago. Now he is saying we will borrow $12MM dollars and have no intention of any reverse split. Wake up and smell the coffee.
